Bastar police officers celebrated Diwali with the families of martyred soldiers.

Jagdalpur, 1 November (HS). Bastar district SP Shalabh Sinha and ASP Maheshwar Nag celebrated Diwali with the families of the martyred soldiers and shared happiness with them. They had arrived with sweets and crackers for the sacrificed family and also wished them a happy Diwali. Salute to the sacrificed soldiers. Also asked them about their problems. Also asked to inform the police if there is any problem.

Apart from SP Shalabh Sinha and ASP Maheshwar Nag, SDOP and police station in-charge also reached different villages of the district to meet the families of the martyrs. They also wished Diwali and shared happiness. The family members of the sacrificed soldiers celebrated the festival with the police officers. He said that it felt very good that the policemen came home and remembered him this Diwali. It is noteworthy that a total of 37 soldiers of Bastar district have been sacrificed in different Naxal incidents. It should also be noted that for the last few years, the police department has been continuously carrying on the tradition of celebrating the festival of Diwali with the families of the martyred soldiers, this should be appreciated.
