Barwani: Massive fire broke out in BEO office, government records burnt

Barwani, March 4 (Hindustan Reporter) A massive fire broke out in a government office in Pansemal Nagar of the district late on Monday evening. As soon as the information was received, the fire brigade reached the spot and after some hard work the fire was brought under control, but by then everything was burnt to ashes. It is being told that in this fire incident, all the records kept in the government office have been burnt.

According to the information, a massive fire broke out in the office of the Block Education Officer near the Durga Temple in Pansemal Nagar late Monday evening. As soon as the information was received, the team of firefighters of Pansemal Municipal Council immediately brought the fire under control with the help of fire fighter vehicles. Due to the fire, the books along with the office material kept in the record room of the BEO office were burnt to ashes. The reasons behind the fire are currently being investigated. The actual loss caused by the fire has not been assessed yet.
