This includes both regional holidays and weekends. The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has released the list of bank holidays for the whole year.
Banks are closed on second and fourth Saturdays
According to the RBI list, banks will remain closed for 12 days in July, which includes all four Sundays except the second and fourth Saturdays. Banks are open only on the first and third Saturdays of every month, with bank holidays on the second and fourth Saturdays of every week.

- July 3 – Wednesday – Banks will remain closed in Shillong on account of Beh Dinkhlam festival.
- 6 July – Saturday – Bank holiday in Aizawl on account of MHIP Day.
- July 7 – Sunday – Banks across the country will remain closed due to weekly holiday.
- 8 July – Monday – Bank holiday due to Jupiter festival.
- 9 July – Tuesday – Bank holiday in Gangtok on the occasion of Drukpa Tse-ji.
- July 13 – Saturday – Second Saturday of the month and bank holiday across the country.
- July 14 – Sunday – Banks across the country will remain closed due to weekly bank holiday.
- July 16 – Tuesday – Bank holiday in Dehradun on the occasion of Harela festival.
- 17 July – Wednesday – Closed on account of Muharram and U Tirot Sing Day.
- July 21 – Sunday – Banks across the country will remain closed due to weekly bank holiday.
- July 27 – Saturday – Banks across the country will remain closed as it is the fourth Saturday of the month.
- July 28 – Sunday – Banks across the country will remain closed due to weekly bank holiday.

RBI has decided that in addition to the holidays mentioned at the national level in July, there may be additional holidays in some states. For more information, you can also visit the RBI website. There may be some changes in December and January due to increased workload as Christmas and New Year approach.
