Banks will remain closed for 10 days in June, here is the complete list of holidays

New Delhi, May 25 (HS). Banks will remain closed for 10 days in the month of June, due to which there will be no work in the banks. Apart from five Sundays and two Saturdays in these 10 days, there will be no work for three days in different parts of the country. However, online and ATM services will remain operational during this time.

According to the holiday calendar released by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), there will be no work for a total of 10 days in June due to the banks being closed. These include five Sundays and two Saturdays. Apart from this, there will be no work on the other 3 days due to the banks being closed at different places. However, in the era of digital banking, you can transact money through online banking and ATMs despite the banks being closed.

Banks will remain closed on these dates in June, which are as follows.

-Banks will remain closed on June 2, 2024 due to Sunday holiday.

-Banks will remain closed across the country on June 8, 2024 due to second Saturday of the month.

-Banks will remain closed on June 9, 2024 due to second Sunday of the month.

-Banks will remain closed in Bhubaneswar and Aizawl zones on June 15, 2024 due to Raja Sankranti.

-Banks will not work on June 16, 2024 due to Sunday being a weekly holiday.

-Banks will remain closed across the country on June 17, 2024 on the occasion of Bakrid/Eid-ul-Azha.

-Banks will remain closed in Jammu and Srinagar zones on June 18, 2024.

-Banks will remain closed on June 22, 2024 due to the fourth Saturday of the month.

-Banks will not work on June 23, 2024 due to Sunday weekly holiday.

Banks will remain closed on June 30, 2024 on account of Sunday.
