Voting for the Lok Sabha elections 2024 in the country will begin from April 19 and the results will be declared on June 4, 2024. According to the Reserve Bank of India, many banks will remain closed in their respective cities on the election day. Lok Sabha General Election 2024, Arunachal Pradesh Assembly Election 2024, By-election is to be held for Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly from Vilavancode constituency of Kanyakumari district. Banks will remain closed in the cities of Chennai, Dehradun, Itanagar, Jaipur, Kohima, Nagpur and Shillong on April 19, 2024, due to the Lok Sabha elections.
