Former Bangladesh Prime Minister Khaleda Zia has been admitted to a private hospital on Thursday. The 79-year-old Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) president was taken to the hospital from her residence at around 1.30 am late night. According to the information given by the BNP party, her physician has asked the medical board to conduct some tests. After being admitted to the hospital, she has been kept in a private cabin.

Khaleda Zia is suffering from many diseases

Khaleda Zia's personal physician said that the date of her treatment will be decided after reviewing the results of the medical test. On August 21, Khaleda Zia returned home for 45 days of treatment. Let us tell you that the former PM of Bangladesh was under house arrest for the last five years. He was released on August 6 this year after the order of President Mohammad Shahabuddin. Khaleda Zia has been acquitted of all the charges against her since the fall of the Sheikh Hasina-led Awami League on August 5.
