Chittagong: Thanks to Man of the Match Rishad Hussain's unbeaten inning of 48 runs in 18 balls with the help of five fours and four sixes, Bangladesh defeated Sri Lanka by four wickets in the last ODI and won the three-match series 2-1. In reply to Sri Lanka's 235 runs, Sri Lanka won by scoring 237 runs for six wickets in 40.2 overs. Bangladesh's Nazmul Hasan Shanto was declared the player of the series. Zenith Liyanage's unbeaten century was the main contributor to Sri Lanka's innings. Liyanaz scored unbeaten 101 runs in 102 balls with the help of 11 fours and two sixes. For Bangladesh, Taskin Ahmed lost three wickets for 42 runs. Opener Tanjid Hasan scored 84 runs in 81 balls for the Bangladesh team which came to chase the target. Mushfiqur Rahim remained unbeaten after scoring 37 runs. For Sri Lanka, Lahiru Kumara lost four wickets for 48 runs.
