During this, the movement of vehicles was stopped at the intersection. In Noakhali, Hindus demonstrated for 2 hours at the district headquarters. The victims also put forward 8 demands, including the formation of a special tribunal to take action against those involved in attacks on minorities and the formation of a Minority Protection Commission. According to a report by The Daily Star, a demand was made to create a separate ministry for minorities and to make strict laws to stop all kinds of attacks on minorities.

Here in India, more than 50 prominent writers and lawyers have written a letter to the government regarding the violence against Hindus in Bangladesh. In which a demand has been made to stop such incidents. The writers said that the situation in Bangladesh is very bad right now, Hindus are being killed selectively, temples are being demolished.
