Hisar, July 18 (HS). National President of Vaishya Samaj Bajrang Garg has said that the Vaishya Samaj is working day and night for the development of Agroha Dham and Agroha, but the government is not paying any attention to the development of Agroha. The 125-acre palace of Maharaja Agrasen Ji, which has turned into a mound, is not being excavated.
Bajrang Garg was addressing a meeting of representatives of the Vaishya community on Thursday. He said that the excavation of that mound was started by the government on March 11 this year, but despite four months having passed, the work of digging the mound has not been started by the government yet. Similarly, the central government had announced to connect Agroha with the railway line. The proposal to connect Agroha with the railway line has also been passed in the annual budget of the Central Government for 2022-23, but till now neither the work of connecting Agroha with the railway line nor the work of digging the mound has started. The government should start the work of digging the Agroha mounds and connecting Agroha with the railway line with immediate effect as per its announcement. There is a lot of resentment in the Vaishya community due to the government not connecting Agroha with the railway line and not starting the work of digging the mound. He said that the faith of the citizens of the country is associated with Agroha Dham. On the auspicious occasion of Poornima on July 21, a grand Bhajan Sammelan, Chhappan Bhog and Bhandara program will be organized at Agroha Dham in which a large number of people will participate along with their families.
On this occasion, representatives like Manpreet Bansal Punjab, Ankit Agarwal Rajasthan, Shiv Kumar Agarwal UP, Kapil Goyal Delhi, Amit Bansal Dehradun, Radheshyam Agarwal Karnal, Chudiya Ram Goyal Tohana, Anant Agarwal Barwala, Rishi Raj Garg, Pawan Garg Hisar etc. expressed their views.
