Ranchi, 25 October (Hindustan Reporter). The court has refused to grant bail to accused Nikhil Mandal, who has been in jail for one and a half years in a 17-year-old case related to fake currency. The court of Additional Justice Mithilesh Kumar Singh has rejected the bail petition filed on Friday after hearing it. He is in jail since March 28, 2023 in the case.
A case has been registered in Dhurva police station under case number 25/2007 regarding the matter. The court rejected the petition saying that the petitioner was involved in the business of fake notes.
