Bail granted to female airline employee who slapped ASI

Jaipur, July 12 (HS). Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Sanganer has ordered the release on bail of a woman employee of a private airlines company who slapped CISF ASI Giriraj Prasad posted on duty at the airport. The court gave this order while hearing the bail plea of the accused woman.

In the bail plea, advocate Deepak Chauhan told the court that the act of ASI with the female employee of a private airline company was not a part of his official duty. The female employee has also filed a report against the ASI. The woman said that when she was entering the airport at 4.30 am on Thursday, ASI Giriraj Prasad was deployed on the spot and he stopped her. The ASI told her that where are you going like this, stay with us and give us a chance to serve you. To which she said that there is no female staff at the gate. You call any female staff and do not talk in indecent language. The ASI said that if you obey me, you will get peace, tell me also what will you take for one night. Hearing this, she tried to leave from there, then he stopped her again and said that tell me the rate for the night. He harassed her mentally and physically to disgrace her modesty and due to this her mental balance deteriorated. It was not the duty of the ASI to do this and he has not hindered any government work. Therefore, she should be released on bail. The court agreed with the arguments and granted her bail. It is worth noting that the ASI had accused the woman of quarreling during entry and obstructing government work.
