There is good news for the devotees waiting for the darshan of Baba Barfani. This year i.e. 2024 Amarnath Yatra will start from June 29. Meanwhile, the first pictures of Amarnath cave and the holy Shivalinga have surfaced. The first batch of workers and officials has reached the snow-covered holy cave. The view of Amarnath covered with white snow looks like heaven.

In the pictures the sacred Shiva Lingam can be seen in its full form and the area around the holy cave is covered with heavy snow. Snow removal work is going on in full swing along the Amarnath Yatra route and around the cave area as the registration for Amarnath Yatra 2024 has already started this year.

Let us tell you that according to Amarnath Shrine Board, children below 13 years of age and people above 70 years of age cannot register for this yatra. These people can have darshan of Baba Barfani from the official website or app while sitting at home. Along with this, morning and evening aarti will also be shown on the app.
Health certificate is necessary for people wishing to go on Amarnath Yatra. Without this it is difficult to register. However, the health certificate can be obtained by visiting any hospital. Only health certificates made after April 8 will be used. Registration for the journey can be done both online and offline.
For online registration, you will have to go to https://jksasb.nic.in/ and pay a fee of around Rs 150. Whereas offline registration can be done in the branches of Punjab National Bank, Jammu and Kashmir Bank, State Bank of India and Yes Bank. Photograph of the person traveling and a fee of Rs 250 per passenger, phone number and email are required.
