Mumbai: Ayushmann Khurrana has left Sourav Ganguly's biopic. It is learned that he has taken this decision saying that the trend of sports biopics is over now.
Ayushmann Khurrana was in discussions with Luv Ranjan about Sourav Ganguly's biopic since 2021. The actor was excited to work in Sourav Ganguly's biopic on the silver screen. The shooting schedule of the film is likely to be disrupted as he had already refused to start shooting for the film in late 2024.
It is being said that Ayushmann also made an excuse of dates. For this biopic, he had to give special days to take cricket training.
Ayushmann has films in the pipeline with producers including Dinesh Vijan and Karan Johar.
