Under the Ayushman Bharat scheme, Ayushman cards of eligible people are made, after which free treatment up to Rs 5 lakh can be done in the listed hospitals.

You can check eligibility like this:-

step 1:

First of all, visit the official website pmjay.gov.in to check your eligibility.

Click on the option 'Am I Eligible' on the website.

Enter your mobile number and login by entering the OTP received on it.

Now two options will appear in front of you, in the first option you will have to choose your state.

Then enter the 10 digit mobile number and ration card number in the second option.

After this you will know whether you are eligible for the scheme or not.

If you are eligible then you have to go to your nearest Jan Seva Kendra and meet the concerned officer there,

Then your documents and eligibility will be checked and if everything is found correct, your Ayushman card will be made.
