The method of making Ayushman card is as follows:-

- If your age is more than 70 years then you can get Ayushman card made.
- You can apply for this only online
- To get Ayushman card made, first of all you have to go to the official website of the scheme pmjay.gov.in.

- As soon as you visit the website, you will see many options here.
- You have to go to the section ‘PMJAY for 70+’
- After this you will see the option of ‘Enroll for PMJAY for 70+’ and you have to click on it.

- Then you have to provide your Aadhar card details here
- After this you will also have to get your Aadhar card verified.
- For Aadhaar verification, an OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number which you will have to enter here.

- Now that Aadhaar has been verified, upload your documents here
- In this you will have to upload residence certificate, photo, Aadhar card and other documents.
- Then you have to click on submit button
- After some time you will see that your application has been accepted and then you can download the Ayushman card, through which you can get free treatment up to Rs 5 lakh every year.
