Ayushman Bharat Scheme Eligibility: Government of India has launched Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (PM-JAY) for the people. This scheme is a type of health insurance scheme. In this scheme, the beneficiary is given free treatment facility.

How to apply
You have to visit the official website of the scheme (https://pmjay.gov.in/).
Now you have to select the option of am I eligible.
After this the phone number will have to be verified and OTP will have to be generated.
Now OTP has to be entered.
After this, you can search your eligibility by entering state, name, phone number and ration card number on the new webpage.
If you are eligible for the scheme then you will have to visit your nearest Jan Seva Kendra.
Now you have to verify the documents required for the scheme.
After this you will have to fill the application form and submit it by attaching the documents with it.
After a few days you will get the Ayushman card.
