After this security and administrative lapse, the temple trust has taken a big step to completely streamline the administrative system. The process of appointing a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is going to officially start from next week to handle the entire managerial, financial and administrative functioning of Ram Temple. This committee will meet soon and finalize the terms and conditions of the application. Committee member and nuclear scientist Dr. Suresh Haware has clarified that the work of the committee is only to prepare a final panel (list) by interviewing the eligible candidates. Only the General Secretary of the Temple Trust will have the privilege of finalizing the name of the CEO.
What will be the mandatory qualifications for the post of CEO?
According to Dr. Suresh Haware, any qualified person, working or retired, can apply for this very responsible post. The following three main criteria will be given special consideration in the selection of candidates:

Devotion to religion and spirituality: It is mandatory for the candidate to have deep interest and positive attitude towards Sanatan Dharma, culture and spirituality.

Management and Financial Experience: The candidate should have administrative, managerial and strong financial experience in running large institutions.

Temple Management Experience: If a candidate has previous experience of handling the arrangements of a big and famous temple or pilgrimage area, then he/she can be given preference.
What will be the facilities, salary and scope of work?

It will be mandatory to stay in Ayodhya: The main workplace of the appointed CEO will be the entire Ram Temple complex and he will have to reside permanently in Ayodhya only.

Will get luxury life: Along with an attractive salary, the CEO will be given all the VIP facilities like a luxurious house to live in and an official vehicle for transportation on behalf of the Temple Trust.

Reporting Structure: The CEO will report directly to the General Secretary of Ram Mandir Trust and will implement all the decisions under his authority.
