1). Yogurt
You must have heard many times that curd should not be eaten at night. This is because eating curd at night increases the Kapha and Pitta doshas in your body, which can cause cold and cough, joint pain, nausea and even constipation. According to Ayurveda experts, it is better to drink buttermilk instead of curd.

2). Raw Salad
Most people try to include salad in their diet. However, one should avoid eating it at night. The reason behind this is that salad is cold and dry, which increases the Vata dosha in a person. This causes problems like bloating, gas, dehydration, restlessness and dizziness. We should sleep well after dinner, but salad will not give rest to your body. According to Ayurveda, it is better to eat salad by lightly boiling or steaming it.

3). Mendo
Refined flour called mendo is very difficult to digest. Many Indian dishes are also made using it, such as bhatura, naan, etc. Most people do not know that even though it tastes wonderful, it can cause stomach problems and even cause intestinal irritation. This slows down metabolism and also impairs digestion.

4). Wheat for dinner
One should avoid eating dishes made from wheat flour. Because wheat is a grain that is very heavy for the stomach and takes time to digest. When you eat something made from wheat flour at night, it produces toxins in the body, which is not good for health.

5). Salt
Salt should not be consumed after 7 pm. This is difficult for many people to do, especially if you have planned a party. But salt increases water retention in the body. If we continue to eat salt after 7 pm, we are putting our heart health at risk.
