Educational Qualification and Experience (Eligibility Criteria)
The educational qualifications required for various posts have been decided as follows:

Junior Technician: It is mandatory for the candidate to have ITI (NTC or NAC) certificate from a recognized institute in the relevant trade.

Junior Manager, Assistant Manager and Deputy Manager (Technical): Must have BE or BTech degree or required Post Graduate (PG) degree in relevant engineering subject.

Non-Technical Posts (Finance, HR, Marketing, CS and Mass Communication): Must have a professional degree of Graduation or Post Graduation in the relevant subject.

Consultant (Finance & Audit): The candidate must be a Chartered Accountant (CA), with minimum 10 years of work experience in the finance and audit field.

Additional General Manager (Business Development): Retired Army officer of at least the rank of Colonel with 15 years of experience in the relevant field.

Senior Manager (Cyber Security & Intellectual Property): Must have a relevant technical degree along with necessary professional certifications and work experience.
