Moradabad, June 25 (HS). The police of Katghar police station of the metropolis arrested auto lifter Azhar, resident of lane number seven in Karula, on Tuesday. The police recovered two stolen bikes from the possession of the accused.
Katghar police station SHO Sanjay Kumar said that the accused Azhar lives in a rented house in Mohalla Barwalan. Two stolen bikes have been recovered on his information. One of the recovered bikes belongs to Mohammad Tajim, a resident of Sirsawan Doraha, which the accused had stolen from near Lajpatnagar Nursing Home on June 18. The second bike belongs to Rais, who lives behind Muslim Inter College in Katghar, which was stolen from near his house. Cases of bike theft are registered against the accused in various police stations. The police have sent the accused to jail after presenting him in the court.
