Memphis Depay scored a goal in the 75th minute and equalized the score of the Dutch team to 2-2. Marcel Sabatzier scored a goal in the 80th minute and ensured Austria's 3-2 victory. Austria has faced two wins and one defeat in three matches.
In the second group match, Kylian Mbappe, who was wearing a nose mask due to injury, converted a penalty in the 56th minute to put France 1-0 ahead and open his tally of goals in the Euro Cup. Robert Lewandowski scored a penalty in the 79th minute to draw the match 1-1. Mbappe played four matches in the 2021 Euro Cup but failed to score a single goal.
