Audience enthralled by the presentations of Polish cultural group

Haridwar, 16 February (HS). Music is food for the soul – This adage came true when the music performed by a cultural troupe from Poland enthralled people despite not knowing Polish. The main attraction of the cultural program organized by the Haridwar Metropolitan Unit of Sanskar Bharti at Saraswati Vidya Mandir BHEL was the presentation based on Polish culture by the cultural group coming from the European country Poland.

The program was inaugurated by jointly lighting the lamp by Sanskar Bharti State President and Dehradun Cantt MLA Savita Kapoor, Sanskar Bharti's Central Art Coordinator Arun Sharma, prominent social worker Jagdish Lal Pahwa and Vidya Bharti Uttarakhand State Minister Dr. Rajnikant Shukla.

In the program, Central Art Coordinator Arun Sharma, while introducing the cultural group of Slavic community from Poland, said that the culture of India and Poland is very similar. He also provided information on the organization, objectives and usefulness of the program. In the cultural programme, artists from Poland presented songs imbued with their culture.

At the conclusion of the program, chief guest MLA Savita Kapoor said that such cultural programs should always be held. This gives us an opportunity to understand the culture and have cultural exchange.
