Ghaziabad, July 11 (HS). Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) Vice President Atul Vats held a meeting of officials on Thursday and thoroughly reviewed the law related works.

During this, the GDA Vice President said that negligence in this matter will not be tolerated at all. He said that the concerned officers should maintain contact with the advocates and remain fully updated so that GDA can present its side strongly in the new court.

In this meeting held in GDA auditorium, the necessary action to be taken in the cases listed in various courts during the last two months was reviewed. Shri Vats instructed all the in-charge officers and assistant engineers to ensure that necessary action and continuous monitoring is done by establishing contact with the advocate nominated in the case related to the section allotted to them. So that the decisions in the cases pending in the courts are in the interest of the authority.

The GD Vice President also instructed the newly appointed Law Officer Shashi Bhushan Rai to examine the current status of the cases pending in various courts of the Authority and to keep all the actions taken updated online, so that timely action can be proposed.

In the meeting, Dr. Secretary Rajesh Kumar Singh, Chief Engineer Manvendra Singh, Special Engineer Kanika Kaushik, Assistant Engineer Rudresh Kumar Shukla, in-charge of land acquisition and all assistant engineers were present.
