Atishi took charge as Delhi CM: Atishi took oath as the new Chief Minister of Delhi on Saturday. Now Atishi has taken over the command of the Chief Minister. As soon as she took charge, she has taken a big decision. She said that even though I am sitting on the Chief Minister's chair, Arvind Kejriwal will remain on the highest post. While taking over the CM's chair on Monday, Atishi said, “Today I also have the same pain in my heart as Bharat. When Lord Rama got 14 years of exile from Ayodhya and Bharat had to take over the rule of Ayodhya. Just as Bharat ruled Ayodhya for 14 years by making Lord Rama sit on the Charanpaduka throne, in the same way I will run the Delhi government for the next 4 months. Meanwhile, an empty chair was also seen next to him. He said that this chair will remain here till Kejriwal returns and this chair will wait for Kejriwal.

Atishi further said that Ram accepted 14 years of exile to fulfill his father's promise, that is why we call Lord Ram Maryada Purushottam. His life is an example of dignity and morality for all of us. In the same way, Arvind Kejriwal has set an example of restraint and morality in the politics of this country. For the last two years, BJP has left no stone unturned in throwing mud on Arvind Kejriwal.
