The mercury is in minus in 4 cities before the start of rain and snowfall in the hilly areas of Himachal. The minimum temperature of Kalpa fell to -1.1 degrees, Keylong to 6.4 degrees, Kukumsairi to -7.2 degrees, Tebo to -11 degrees Celsius. It will reduce further after snowfall.
