Under the Seva Pakhwada on the occasion of the birthday of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, on Wednesday, under the leadership of Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha President Surjit Singh Kushwaha, a cleaning campaign of the statues of great men was carried out in the city by the Yuva Morcha comrades.
For this cleanliness campaign, the statue was first cleaned and garlanded at Veer Kunwar Singh Chowk. After this, the statue of the country's first engineer Visvesvaraya ji located at Engineer Chowk Airport Mod was cleaned and garlanded. Yuva Morcha President Surjit Singh Kushwaha said that every year on the occasion of Prime Minister Modi's birthday, Bharatiya Janata Party observes Seva Pakhwada all over India. In this sequence, today all of us young fellows cleaned the statues of great men and remembered their contribution to the society. At the age of 80, Babu Veer Kunwar Singh sacrificed his life in the freedom struggle, while Visvesvaraya ji worked to light the flame of inspiration for education among the youth.
All of us young friends feel proud in ourselves that the great men of our country have been role models and sources of inspiration for all of us. The contribution made by him to the society can never be mentioned. All of us young friends feel proud today remembering his sacrifice.
