I pointed towards a girl and said, 'I like her.' Then the seniors said that I should propose to that girl, only then we can get married. Influenced by them, I expressed my feelings to that girl. But the girl got angry with this and went to the teacher and complained about me. Then the teacher asked me to bring my parents to school. Hearing this, I felt as if my world had ended.
Diljit further said, 'I went home after school. I took out two bananas and some other fruits from the fridge. Then I picked up my bicycle and left the house. I had gone just 5 meters from my house when I met a man from the village. He shouted – where are you going, go back to your home. Earlier, other people of the village could also scold my father according to their status. Everyone lived like a family. Due to this, I could not succeed in my plan even if I wanted to. After the first plan failed, I made an excuse of stomach ache and did not go to school for two days. On the other hand, the teacher also forgave me.'
