Association officials took stock of the lawn tennis synthetic court

Hisar, 22 October (Hissar). All the officials of the Lawn Tennis Association arrived today under the chairmanship of President Satendra Singh to see the progress of the lawn tennis synthetic court under construction at Mahavir Stadium. Apart from Pradhan Satendra Singh, District Sports Officer Naresh Kumar and Panchayati Raj Executive Engineer Abhishek Nain were present on this occasion. Department officials on Tuesday gave instructions to take care of the quality of the material being used in the construction of synthetic courts and maximum facilities for the players.

Association President Satendra Singh said that the Association had laid the foundation stone of a synthetic court ground in the year 2014 for the lawn tennis sports lovers of Hisar. From then till now the association is continuously making efforts to get it completed and for this, efforts are being made to get it completed by being in constant touch with the government and administration. The association has also met the Sports Minister and Director Sports several times.

He said that the construction work of the synthetic court was expedited due to the special efforts of the then District Deputy Commissioner Uttam Singh, who generously gave a grant for the synthetic court. Now the work of the synthetic court is nearing completion. Satendra Singh said that the efforts of the association have borne fruit and this will be like a gift from the Lawn Tennis Association to the city residents for the lawn tennis players. With the cooperation of the District Administration and Lawn Tennis Association, players and Hisar residents will soon get the facility of synthetic courts. On this occasion, Nikhil Hooda Lawn Tennis Coach, Pradeep Saraf, Vishal Singh, Hemant Dhingra, Manoj Poonia Junior Engineer and Naman Kedia etc. were specially present.
