Here a big scam has come to light in the recruitment of Assistant Professor, where Bihar State University Service Commission (BSUSC) did not issue any advertisement for the vacant posts, yet hundreds of teachers were appointed. This in itself is a serious question as to how people were appointed when there was no vacancy!

Where did the irregularities begin?

Actually, the work of University Service Commission i.e. BSUSC is to issue advertisements for posts like Assistant Professor, take applications and then recruit on the basis of merit.
