Under Kunwarbai's Mameru scheme, 6198 applications have been approved in Junagadh district and assistance worth Rs 743.76 lakh has been distributed. Minister of State for Social Justice and Empowerment Bhikhu Singh Parmar gave this information in the Assembly.
Minister of State for Social Justice and Empowerment Bhikhusinghji Parmar said in the Assembly building that under Kunwarbai Mameru Scheme, 6215 applications were received in Junagadh district in the last one year, out of which 6198 applications were approved.
In the last one year, assistance worth Rs 743.76 lakh has been paid to the beneficiaries under this scheme.
Under Kunwarbai's Mameru scheme, 1059 applications have been approved in Mangrol taluka of Junagadh district and assistance of Rs 126.60 lakh has been paid, while 987 and 913 applications have been approved in Maliya and Keshod talukas respectively. Out of which Rs 118.44 lakh and Rs 109.32 lakh have been paid.
