Mirzapur, 09 August (HS). Cabinet Minister Ashish Patel said that today the centenary year of the Kakori train action incident is being celebrated across the country. Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the government of Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh Yogi Adityanath salute and remember every act in which our great men sacrificed their lives for the country.
He said that Kakori train action is an important event in the history of Indian freedom struggle, which shook the British rule. On 9th August 1925, the freedom movement being run by the revolutionaries in Kakori of Lucknow district needed money for which this incident was carried out.
City MLA Ratnakar Mishra, while paying homage to all freedom fighters, said that everyone should read and remember the sagas of revolutionaries, this is the true tribute to them. District Panchayat Chairman Raju Kanaujia, MLA Chanbe Rinki Kol and former Rajya Sabha MP Ramsakal also paid homage to the brave sons of freedom while giving information about them. District Magistrate Priyanka Niranjan gave detailed information about the organization of Kakori Train Action Centenary Celebration and thanked and thanked the public representatives and the people present.
