Jalaun, 07 August (HS). ASHA Bahus and Sanginis posted at Chhiria PHC have not received their salary for three months. Regarding this, all ASHA workers gathered at the District Magistrate's office on Wednesday and handed over a memorandum demanding immediate payment of their salary.
During the memorandum, the workers said that the salary of 112 ASHA Bahus and 5 Sanganis posted in PHC Chhiria is pending for the last three months. Due to this, the financial condition of their house has deteriorated. There are festivals in the coming days. If they get their salary, many problems will be solved. They have also informed the Chief Medical Officer several times but have not received their salary. Due to this, today they have come to meet the District Magistrate. District Magistrate Rajesh Pandey assured that their problems will be resolved soon.
