As soon as the government changed, the price of land in this city doubled in three days, now there is demand from abroad too

Land prices increased in Amravati: After it was decided that the Modi government would come to power for the third time in the country, good days have come for Andhra Pradesh, Amaravati and the state's future CM Chandrababu Naidu. Chandrababu Naidu will take oath as the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh in Amaravati on June 12. But even before that, the price of land in this city has doubled. Actually, Chandrababu Naidu has talked about developing Amaravati as the green capital of Andhra Pradesh. In such a situation, property prices have increased rapidly here. Chandrababu Naidu was the Chief Minister of the state from 2014 to 2019. At that time Chandrababu Naidu had proposed to make Amaravati the capital. He dreamed of making the Greenfield capital Amaravati more environmentally prosperous. The city is located between Vijayawada and Guntur city and consists of 29 villages.

Land prices increased after elections

According to a report, real estate prices in Amaravati city of Andhra Pradesh have increased by 50 to 100 percent after the results of the Lok Sabha elections. Since Chandrababu Naidu has been interested in developing Amaravati as the capital from the beginning, if it is announced in the coming days, it will benefit Amaravati greatly. This possibility has led to a rapid increase in land and property prices in Amaravati.

What are the land prices?

– In 2019, the price of land in Amravati was Rs 25,000 to 60,000 per square yard.

– After the formation of Jagan Mohan Reddy's government, the price of this land increased from Rs 9,000 to Rs 18,000 per square yard.

– Now after the return of Chandrababu Naidu to power, the land prices here have increased to Rs 30,000 to Rs 60,000 per square yard.

This area has the highest demand

Land near educational institutions, high courts, legislatures, secretariats and central government institutions is in the highest demand in Amaravati. Retailers, brokers and farmers are getting offers to buy land from countries like the US, the UK and Australia.

Farmers of the city are hopeful that Chandrababu Naidu will take oath as Chief Minister on June 12 and PM Modi will attend the swearing-in ceremony. If any big announcement is made regarding Amaravati on this occasion, then the land prices here will increase further. Earlier in 2019, land prices in Amaravati fell after former CM YS Jagan Mohan Reddy announced 3 capitals in 2019. But now the picture has changed along with the government.
