As long as there is movement, there is life.

Motion means continuous change in state. In other words, speed means to keep moving. It is true that life and movement are similar to each other. As long as there is movement, there is life. As soon as the speed stops, life also turns into death.

For example, the movement of breath is a necessary condition for the existence of the physical body. Stopping breathing simply means death of the physical body. Another thing that is particularly noteworthy here is that death does not only mean that the physical body is destroyed and dies.

Death also comes in many forms. There are many forms of this also. In short, whatever part of the human body becomes immobile will result in death. For example, if we take our intelligence and consciousness out of the state of mobility i.e. stop using them, they too will one day reach the state of death, even though our physical body continues to live life only partially. Is dead. Just think about the difference between a flowing river and standing water.

Undoubtedly, both have a large water level, but there is a difference between a river and a pond. The river has mobility, due to which it flows continuously giving the message of life. Stagnant water can never convey such a message. It is clear that movement in the right direction only motivates us to move towards our goal. If we have to make our birth and life in this world meaningful then we have to adopt mobility with positivity, because immobility simply means death – complete death or partial death.
