The petition filed in the Supreme Court against the arrest of Arvind Kejriwal has been withdrawn. ED has also presented a caveat in the Supreme Court. An appeal has been made to listen to ED's side also. ED says that before giving verdict on Arvind Kejriwal, ED's side should also be heard. ED has enough evidence against Arvind Kejriwal.

Let us tell you that this case will be heard by a special bench of Justice Sanjeev Khanna. Kejrival Advocate Abhishek Manu Singhvi reached the Supreme Court in the morning. A bench headed by Chief Justice DY Chandrachud asked him to present Kejriwal's case before a bench headed by Sanjiv Khanna. Now this petition will be heard by a three-member bench headed by Justice Sanjeev Khanna, Justice MM Sundaresh and Justice Bela M Trivedi.

Let us tell you that Delhi Chief Minister and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) chief Arvind Kejriwal was arrested by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Thursday, March 21. Kejriwal was arrested in the alleged liquor scam of Delhi. Kejriwal had approached the Supreme Court against the arrest.
