In an interview given to a YouTube channel, when Arvind Kejriwal was asked whether he liked the work of any BJP leader, he took the name of Nitin Gadkari without hesitation. Kejriwal said,

In the same interview, when Kejriwal was asked whether he considered any other politician with “pure intentions”, he took the name of former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh. Kejriwal said,
“Manmohan Singh ji was a leader with very clear intentions. Educated, calm and full of achievements. He gave laws like Right to Education, Right to Information and MNREGA to the country. During the recession of 2008, when the entire world was struggling, he took over India with his economics knowledge.,

Kejriwal also enumerated those achievements of Manmohan Singh, which gave a new direction to the country. He said that Manmohan Singh took important initiatives like nuclear deal. According to Kejriwal,
“Manmohan Singh felt that the nuclear deal was in the interest of the country, so he even put his government at stake. Such bold decisions are not everyone’s cup of tea.”
