Arrest all the accused in Gonda gang rape case and give them severe punishment: Aarti Kujur

Ranchi, July 18 (HS). A delegation led by BJP's state vice-president Aarti Kujur met the Gonda police station in-charge on Thursday. The delegation demanded from the police station in-charge to immediately arrest the accused in the gang rape case of a minor girl under Gonda police station, provide security to the minor and her family and provide legal assistance to the victim.

The BJP women leader said that the government should arrest all the accused in the Gonda gang rape case and give them severe punishment. She said that the thing called law and order has ended in the state. Incidents of rape of women have increased continuously in Jharkhand. The Itki incident, Madhupur incident, Dumka incident, the incident of beating up women in Pakur, all these have happened in two days but Hemant Soren is silent. The criminals have got Hemant's silent consent. The government has failed to protect women, girls and tribal sisters.
