Jaipur, 30 September (Hindustan Reporter). The final of the 19th edition of the Army Commander Polo Cup was held on 29 Sep 24 at 61 Cavalry Polo Ground, Jaipur Military Station.

Public Relations Officer (Defence) Colonel Amitabh Sharma said that the Army Commander Polo Cup was established in 2006 by the General Officer Commanding, South Western Command. Six teams from the country participated in this 19th edition tournament, which include Team Jaipur, ASC Royal Enfield, Mayfair Polo Team, Chandana Polo, V Polo-Cavalry and Bedla Polo. The final match played between Bedla Polo and Mayfair Polo on 29th September was a very competitive match in which both the teams displayed their professional skills and sporting prowess. In this tournament, Mayfair Polo team was the winner with a score of 10-9.

Army Commander South Western Command Lieutenant General Manjinder Singh graced the occasion as the chief guest. He presented prizes to the winning and runner-up teams. On this occasion, horse riding display was also given by 61 Cavalry Team for all the spectators of Jaipur Military Station.
