Moradabad, 12 October (HIST). International Hindu Council, Rashtriya Bajrang Dal, Metropolitan Moradabad performed mass weapon worship at Sankat Mochan Park, Vijaynagar on the occasion of Vijayadashami. In which a large number of council officials and workers were present. State President of Rashtriya Bajrang Dal, Rohan Saxena, while guiding the workers, said that the weapon mass weapon worship program is our traditional and cultural program.

Rohan Saxena further said that Lord Shri Ram had first performed Shastra Puja on this earth on the auspicious occasion of Vijayadashami before killing Ravana. This tradition has been going on since Treta Yuga that on the auspicious arrival of Vijay Nakshatra on the day of Vijayadashami, Vijayadashami Shastra Puja program is performed with Aparajita Devi as the witness. He told that under the Vijayadashami weapon worship program, Hindu society keeps every weapon used in their house with respect at their place of worship. They clean them and apply tilak on them with Roli and rice and tie Kalawa. After this, they offer flowers and worship them with Vedic mantras. In the present times, Hindu society is safe in the entire world, hence worship of weapons becomes even more necessary.

Suresh Gupta, metropolitan president of the International Hindu Council, said that on the day of Vijayadashami, Lord Shri Ram had made religion victorious over the tyrannical unrighteous like Ravana and had destroyed the demon like Ravana. There are so many unrighteous people roaming around in this world today. In the present times, democracy is also a great weapon by using which we can end the unrighteous people roaming around in the present times.

Department General Secretary Gaurav Saini, Anand Kumar Prajapati, Charan Singh, Deep Khurana, Mahendra Saini, Ishank Bhardwaj, Abhishek Srivastava, Akshay Shukla, Jatin Prajapati, Kailash Prajapati, Kalvesh Rajput, Dishant, Om Prakash, Rakesh Darpan, Bablu, Sumit, participated in the program. Workers like Omprakash, Akash, Ramesh Rampal etc. were present.
