Supreme Court on Hijab ban: Private colleges in Mumbai have banned wearing of hijab, cap or any badge. Now the Supreme Court has given a big blow by staying the ban. The Supreme Court gave this decision while passing an interim order on the petition of Muslim students of Mumbai's NG Acharya and DK Maratha College. The students challenged the decision of the Bombay High Court in the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court has ordered to lift the ban on hijab by November 18.

The judge said- will you ban Challa?

The judge asked the lawyer appearing for the college whether the college administration would ban the practice of Chalan or Tilak of girls. The judge said that the girl students should be allowed to choose what they want to wear in college and they should not be forced. It is unfortunate that suddenly you feel that there are many religions in the country.

Justice Khanna got angry in the middle of the hearing

While giving the verdict on this case, the bench of Justice Sanjeev Khanna and Sanjay Kumar was surprised by the conditions put by the college. Justice Khanna reprimanded the lawyer appearing on behalf of the college and said, what is this? Do not implement such a rule. You talk about not declaring religion? Your college is giving such a reason for implementing this rule so that no one's religion is revealed.
