  • Radish – 2 (long or round, chopped as per your choice)
  • Green chillies – 2-3 (cut in the middle)
  • Ginger – 1 inch (cut into thin slices)
  • White Vinegar – 1 cup
  • Water – 1 cup
  • Sugar – 1 teaspoon
  • Salt – 1 teaspoon

Method of making:

  1. Take a clean glass jar.
  2. Add chopped radish, green chilli and ginger in it.
  3. Now mix vinegar, water, sugar and salt well in a bowl so that everything dissolves.
  4. Put this vinegar solution in the jar containing radish. The solution should be so much that the radish gets completely immersed in it.
  5. Cover the jar with a lid, shake it well and leave it at room temperature for 1 to 2 days.
