Mango should be an essential part of your diet. However, consuming mango alone is not enough to improve stomach health. This can only be done through a healthy diet. If you eat 3 to 5 mangoes a day, your stomach health may deteriorate instead of improving. Diabetics should eat 2 to 3 fruits a day, one of which can also be mango.
