Araria, June 22 (HS). Araria Krishi Vigyan Kendra was awarded the first prize in the whole of Bihar for uploading the work done at Krishi Vigyan Kendra Araria by Bihar Agricultural University Sabour Bhagalpur and Atari Patna on the portal.
This award was given to Dr. Vinod Kumar, Senior Scientist and Head of Krishi Vigyan Kendra Araria jointly by the Director of Atari Patna and the Vice Chancellor of Bihar Agricultural University Sabour in the 26th Extension Council Meeting held at Bihar Agricultural University Sabour Bhagalpur on Friday, 21 June 2024. This award was given by Krishi Vigyan Kendra Araria for doing more farmer welfare schemes than all Krishi Vigyan Kendras under Bihar Agricultural University Sabour and uploading it on the portal.
After receiving the award, Senior Scientist and Head of Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Dr. Vinod Kumar thanked all his colleagues and the farmers of the district and said that receiving such awards inspires farmers to do more work.
