A great opportunity has emerged for the youth looking for government jobs in the Central University of Rajasthan. The institute has released the official notification for recruitment to various Group B and Group C Non-Teaching posts, under which online applications have been invited from eligible and interested candidates. Among these, the post of Junior Engineer (Civil) is to be filled on contract basis, while the posts of Lower Division Clerk (LDC), Kitchen Attendant and Laboratory Attendant will be filled on regular i.e. direct recruitment basis. Important things related to educational qualification and age limit
Educational qualifications have been prescribed differently for different posts so that youth of every category can get opportunities as per their qualifications. For the post of Lower Division Clerk (LDC), candidates must have a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university with minimum 50 percent marks, it is mandatory to have the prescribed speed of typing in Hindi or English on computer and knowledge of computer applications. Apart from this, experience has been sought for 10th pass or ITI in related trade for Kitchen Attendant, 12th pass from Science subject for Laboratory Attendant, and BE or B.Tech degree in Civil Engineering with experience for the post of Junior Engineer. The maximum age limit for these posts has been fixed between 30 years to 35 years.
Important dates and procedure to apply
The last date for online application for this recruitment process has been set till 23 September 2026 at 11:59 pm. Candidates are advised to submit their form online well in time to avoid last minute technical issues. After completing the online application process, candidates will have to take a printout of the application form and send the hardcopy of the required documents along with it to the university address. The last date for sending hardcopy has been kept till 28 September 2026 till 5 pm. Applications received after the stipulated time will not be accepted.

The application fee for General, EWS and OBC category candidates has been kept at Rs 1500, while for SC, ST and PWBD category candidates the fee is Rs 750. At the same time, no application fee will have to be paid for the post of contract based Junior Engineer. Candidates will be selected on the basis of Written Examination, Skill Test, Computer Test and Interview (as per the requirement of the post).
