After eating certain foods we may feel sick, feel nauseous, have headache and stomach ache. Because some foods may not suit your body.
Apart from this, you eat some foods by mixing them with other foods, this can also happen. For example, we have seen some people eat bananas with tea, or eat apples and oranges while drinking milk. But in such a situation, if the taste of one food is tasted with another food then it can cause disease.

Fruits and Milk: It is said in Ayurveda that some substances should not be consumed with milk. It is said that fruits should not be consumed with milk. Eating fruits with milk may cause stomach pain, swelling and discomfort to some people. Therefore, it is said in Ayurveda that fruits should not be consumed with milk.
Spinach and Paneer: Both spinach greens and cheese are also nutritious foods. But both should not be tasted together. The calcium present in paneer hinders the absorption of iron in spinach and as a result the nutrients in this dish are lost.
Honey and hot water: Heating honey can destroy its beneficial enzymes and antioxidants. According to Ayurveda, adding honey to hot water can produce harmful compounds.
Dates and Milk: When you mix calcium-rich foods with iron-rich foods like milk and dates, calcium prevents iron absorption. The calcium present in milk interferes with the body's ability to absorb iron from dates. It reduces the overall absorption of iron from food.
Ice Cream and Gulab Jamun: Hot and cold food do not taste good together. When you eat hot food, your body increases blood flow to the stomach to aid digestion and expel heat. Therefore, one should not taste any other hot food immediately after tasting ice cream. Especially eating Gulab Jamun is not good for health.
Milk and Fish: According to Ayurveda, milk and fish are mutually exclusive foods. These are the foods that affect health. Consuming milk and fish together can spoil stomach health.
