Who is Ira Bindra?
Mukesh Ambani himself announced the appointment of Ira Bindra. His appointment marks a major change in the company’s policies. Prior to this, Bindra worked as Human Resources Head and Vice President, Global Region at Medtronic, USA. Bindra has immense professional experience. He has worked with companies like GE Capital, GE India, GE Healthcare and GE Oil & Gas. She joined Medtronic in May 2018.

He said in his post that he is looking forward to transforming the company with Chairman Mukesh Ambani and directors Isha Ambani Piramal, Akash Ambani and Anant Ambani. Bindra, 47, is set to become the first non-family woman and youngest member to join Reliance’s powerful executive committee. According to Mukesh Ambani, Bindra will work with him, Isha, Akash, Anant and the entire executive committee to drive transformation initiatives at the group.
