Anuppur, September 17 (HS). On Tuesday, the Minister of State for Forest and Environment and the Minister in charge of the district Dilip Ahirwar suddenly tasted the kodo-kutki kheer and pulao at the Ajeevika Didi Cafe run by self-help groups on the road located in Rajendragram and praised it.
Earlier, during the presentation of livelihood activities in the district in the meeting of the District Planning Committee, when the Kodo Kutki processing unit and Didi Cafe were mentioned, Minister Shri Ahirwar expressed his desire to see the activities being done by the sisters of the group and immediately after the meeting, to observe the efforts of the self-help groups, he reached the Ajeevika Didi Cafe operating in village Shivri Chandas of Pushparajgarh development block and tasted the kheer and pulao prepared by the sisters. The Minister obtained information about the processing and sale of Kodo and Kutki as well as the operation of Didi Cafe. Appreciating the efforts of the sisters, the Minister advised to expand the activities further and assured all possible help at the government level.
