Anuppur: In Lok Adalat, the couple, who had been living separately for five years, ended their rift and agreed to live together

Anuppur, March 9 (Hindustan Reporter) On the instructions of National Legal Services Authority, New Delhi, National Lok Adalat was organized on Saturday at District Headquarters Anuppur and Civil Courts of Tehsil Kotma and Rajendragram. Out of 4267 referred cases in 14 division benches, 388 cases were resolved. Out of 3300 pre-litigation cases, 276 cases were resolved. A total award amounting to Rs 3,46,84,238 was passed in the Lok Adalat held.

Lok Adalat was inaugurated by lighting the lamp in the District Court by Principal District Judge Ravinder Singh. On this occasion, Secretary District Legal Services Authority Vivek Shukla, Additional District and Sessions Judge Pankaj Jaiswal, Additional District and Sessions Judge Rajendra Prasad Sevatia, Chief Judicial Magistrate Chainwati Taram, Judicial Magistrate Ram Avtar Patel, Judicial Magistrate Shivani Asati, Judicial Magistrate Anjali Shah, Advocate. Association President Santosh Singh, District Legal Aid Officer Dilawar Singh along with advocates and employees, municipal, electricity, bank officials and parties were present.

For this Lok Adalat, a total of 14 benches were formed in District Court Anuppur and Tehsil Court Kotma and Rajendragram, in which compoundable criminal cases, cases related to check dishonor, bank recovery cases, motor accident claims, matrimonial cases, labor disputes, Matters related to land acquisition, civil matters and electricity and water bills were resolved through mutual agreement.

4267 pending cases were referred to District Headquarters, Anuppur, Tehsil Kotma and Rajendragram, out of which 388 cases were resolved. Out of 3300 pre-litigation cases, 276 cases were resolved through Lok Adalat. A total award amounting to Rs 3,46,84,238 was passed in Lok Adalat. On the basis of mutual reconciliation and reconciliation in Lok Adalat, mutual compromise was achieved and mutual brotherhood and harmony was shown.

Couple ending marital discord and agreeing to live together

According to the case pending in the Family Court, after marriage in 2019, husband and wife Raji were living a happy life but due to differences of opinion, both of them separated. In the National Lok Adalat organized by Principal District Judge/Chairman District Legal Services Authority Anuppur Ravinder Singh, both the parties were counseled on which the husband and wife agreed to live together. The matter was resolved on the basis of mutual agreement and both of them garlanded each other and sweetened their faces and left for their home together.
