Anticipatory bail plea of ​​three accused in Ranchi violence case rejected

Ranchi, July 11 (HS). The court of AJC-18 PK Sharma has rejected the anticipatory bail plea of ​​Ayub Raja Khan, Shahid Akhtar alias Taklu and Mohd. Shahzad, accused in the violence case that took place in Ranchi on June 10, 2022. The accused had filed a petition on June 26 pleading for anticipatory bail.

In the case related to Ranchi violence, an FIR has been registered under Daily Market Case No. 16/2022. In this case, the police had obtained arrest warrants from the court against about 40 accused in July 2023 itself. After this, the accused is making rounds of the court for advance relief to avoid arrest.
