Jaipur, July 29 (HS). Rajasthan High Court has sought a reply from the local CMHO including the Principal Medical Secretary and Health Director for not giving bonus marks to the candidate in Pharmacist Recruitment-2023. A single bench of Justice Mahendra Goyal gave this order while hearing the preliminary hearing on the petition of Rajneesh Bharti.
In the petition, advocate Rampratap Saini told the court that the petitioner had worked through a placement agency. He has experience certificates from the Corona period and after that. Despite this, he was not given the benefit of bonus marks for experience and after document verification, he was excluded from the selection process. Whereas he also has an experience certificate for the stipulated period. Which he had also submitted to the department along with the documents. The petition said that in the pharmacist recruitment conducted earlier, those working through the placement agency were also given bonus marks for experience. In such a situation, he should be given thirty bonus marks as per the Rajasthan Medical and Health Subordinate Services Rules. Hearing on which, the single bench has sought a reply from the concerned officials.
